ZeusCart's Control Panel, the administration area that ZeusCart users have at their disposal to fully manage their stores. Now it's gotten to a level that is unmatched by any other small business ecommerce system available on the market. AJAX-enhanced search features allow you to quickly find products or customers. Dozens of time saving tools have been added to reduce repeat tasks and give you even more flexibility in managing your storefront.

Take advantage of built-in, AJAX-based features that are easy to enable. This technology helps a website stand out from the crowd. Examples include Order List, View Customers, View Products, Product Reviews and Category view. Wherever the Search includes in Admin Panel, AJAX based UI also enabled to get searching products easy.

ZeusCart products are highly configurable with each product having the ability to be sold in multiple varieties that customers can select from (for example, color, size, style, capacity) special features of products. Admin will post the products with its specialized variation in product and which helps user to buy the product based on the variety of features available for single product.

With ZeusCart you can sell digital products of any nature - music, software, images, e-books etc. Files with content need to be uploaded to the ZeusCart installation server and associated with respective catalog items. User receives a download link right after order placement. This link becomes active once the store administrator or payment module changes an order status to "Paid".

Admin has been provided the facility to group the customers. According to the group, Admin can offer them discounts on products on category basis to retain the customers. This makes Admin to increase and retain the customers to your storefront.

Admin will create customer groups and based on which they will be provided discounts on products. The discount rates on products can be seen by the corresponding customers only after they login to their own account.

We have provided "Add this page to Quick Menu" option in every page of Admin Panel. Using which admin can add his favorite pages to Quick Menu. With the help of Quick Menu, Admin can easily view the pages which he needs to view frequently. Admin can also remove the pages added in Quick Menu using the Quick Menu Settings available.

In ZeusCart 3.0, the statistics of site is provided in the landing page of Admin Control Panel. The statistics will be given in graphical chart representation which helps you to understand the site statistics easy.

We have introduced a new module in Admin Panel for the convenience of Admin. Hereafter, Admin can change his Username and Password to his own using Admin Settings module. You can change the mail id of your own with the help of this settings.

Using Getting Started Links, Admin can view the completed guidelines for each modules of Admin Panel. By clicking the links provided, you will be directed to the corresponding section available in Admin Manual. These links will be provided in the home page of Admin Panel.

ZeusCart 2.3 comes with Site Installer after you download the source.
In ZeusCart 2.3, we have introduced a new feature called Site Installer which means that after you download ZeusCart 2.3 you can install it through our site installer. The site installer involves six step processes. Admin can view the short introduction of installation wizard, agree for the terms and conditions, check for the prerequisite, enter the details to configure database, give the details for Admin configuration and specify the store settings.

Using News Management, Admin can provide latest news regarding site or can use this news management to announce any latest news and much more. Admin alone can add the content to be displayed in News. Admin can add any number of news contents to be listed in site. Admin has privilege to change the status of news to be listed from active to inactive and vice versa. Admin can modify/delete the news contents, whenever necessary

Support for displaying the latest news in the home page of ZeusCart 2.3. In the home page of ZeusCart 2.3 Store Front, there is a new feature of displaying latest news in the left navigation. The news that are added recently will be displayed here. By default, two news will be listed and can be updated based on the news added by Admin. When you click on "ReadMore..." link available you can view the complete list of News added by Admin. News can be viewed by any one who visits the site and the customer do not wants to be a member for viewing the News added.

Facility to export the order data details in any of the given formats.
Like customer data export provided in ZeusCart 2.2, Admin can export the order details in ZeusCart 2.3. The orders that are processed by customers will be listed for Admin. Admin can export the order details easily in four formats such as Excel, XML, CSV and Tab file. The complete order details can be downloaded in the selected format.

Provides privilege to export the complete product information. The products available in ZeusCart 2.3 can be downloaded using product data export. Admin can export the product details easily in four formats such as Excel, XML, CSV and Tab file. The complete product details like Product Name, Description of Products, Brand Name, Model, Maximum Selling Retail Price, Shipping Cost and the Introduction Date will be shown in the downloaded file.

Admin can export the complete category details in any of needed formats. The categories added in ZeusCart 2.3 can be downloaded using Export Category. Admin can export the category details easily in four formats such as Excel, XML, CSV and Tab file. The complete category details like category id, category name and category description will be shown in the downloaded file. The details of both category and sub category will be listed.

Export the Admin Activity Report in any of the needed formats.
Admin Activity Report module helps Admin to know the details of activities like opening pages in Admin Console. It displays the list of details like name of persons who logged in to site and the pages he opens in site. The date and time in which the page has opened and each and every details will be displayed. This makes Admin to know the site activity easily. These activity report can be exported in our formats such as Excel, XML, CSV and Tab file. The downloaded file will have the same information available in Admin Activity Report. .

Using ZeusCart 2.3, Admin can set the multi currencies to view product price.
This is a new feature added in this version. While viewing a product price, users can view it in any currencies which he needed. When user just clicks on the country name, the product price will be displayed based on that particular country. Admin can add any number currency values and has the privilege to update/delete the currency values, whenever needed.

User can view product price in the selected country's currency format.
The list of added currencies from Admin will be displayed in left navigation of Product Detail Page. User can view the price of products by selecting the country names listed. You can view the currencies till you make payment for the products. You can make payment for the products only with the primary currency selected by admin.

The advanced tax settings is added in ZeusCart 2.3 to apply tax for products.
ZeusCart 2.3 comes with the advanced feature of applying tax amount for your products. We have provided easy functionality in setting the tax values. Admin can add apply tax to products based on two different ways such as apply to specific countries and apply to all products. Admin can add number of tax values. Admin can create the tax value based on the tax to be applied for billing address or shipping address, subtotal amount of product or sub total + shipping amount of product and much more.

Using ZeusCart 2.3, Admin can upload the categories in bulk in single click.
Admin can upload unlimited number of Categories and Sub categories in a single click like products and images available in before versions of ZeusCart. Admin can upload the categories in TSV file (Tab Separated Value) format. Admin can download the sample file from ZeusCart 2.3 in Zip format. Getting guidance from the sample files Admin can easily upload the categories data in bulk.

Admin can understand the site statistics using graphical representation.
The business intelligence is an advanced and useful feature added in Admin Console. It displays the several reports in graph format. Using this, Admin can understand the site statistics easily. It provides the reports for Completed Orders, Top 10 Best Selling Products, Pending Orders, Processing Orders, Awaiting Payment, Quantity Break Down, Products Sold by units and revenue, New Customers joined, Customers by location and based on customers seniority.

In Admin Console, advanced help tips are provided for needed fields.
In Admin Console of ZeusCart 2.3, we have added some help tips for Admin to know the features of fields easily. Help tips will be very much useful for admin. Wherever the place Admin can view the ? symbol, just can place your mouse point over it, then the help tips ill be displayed.

While checkout, an option is provided to move the products to your wishlist.
When customer adds the products in the shopping cart, we have provided a new option of moving the products available in cart to wish list directly. While customer check outs for a products, he can just select the option Add to Wishlist and proceeds with the check out process then the products will be directly moved to Wish list. This acts as a shortcut method to move a products to wish list.

ZeusCart 2.3 provides you more security by supporting captcha codes.
ZeusCart 2.3 comes with more and enhanced security. We have provided captcha code inputs for pages like Registration, Login, Writing Reviews, Guest User Checkout and Registered user checkout. These are the pages customer needs to enter the captcha code. We have given the opportunity for customers to select their own code to use it.

The search listing in Admin Console comes with enhanced listing style.
From the earlier versions of ZeusCart, for ease use of Admin we have provided search function in the pages like Product listing, Customers listing, Order Listing and Category Listing. In ZeusCart 2.3, We have enhanced this listing by giving auto suggestions for Admin while searching a product, customer, order or category. While searching, if you start entering a word it will suggest you the list of options available based on the entered word. This will again makes simple your searching functions.

The list of top 10 best selling products in site will be displayed.
Using Best Selling Products, Admin can easily understand the list of top 10 products which are moving very fast in market. The top 10 products that are listed based on the number of quantities that are sold. So it is basically, the maximum number of quantity of products which are moving fast in market. The list of top 10 product details will be displayed in a grid. The list will be shown in descending order that is from maximum to minimum number of quantities sold. Using this Admin can get an idea of top 10 products moving in market.

ZeusCart 2.2 comes with the three new payments gateways integrated in it. In ZeusCart 2.2, we have integrated three new payment gateways like World Pay, Authorize.Net , 2checkout apart from already added payment gateways like PayPal and Google Checkout.

We have introduced a new feature of paying directly in store for products. Admin can market the products at his own risk of allowing the customers to pay in store for the ordered products. User can order for a product and can pay for it directly in the store.

Facilitates with new payment support of paying cash while delivering the product. This is a new payment support that customer can order for a product and can pay for it when the product is delivering to him. Admin can use this payment support on his own risk for marketing the product.

Separate module for generating reports for all activities done in Admin Console. Every time the Admin and Sub Admins logins to Admin Console and does any activity of viewing different pages. The list of visited pages will be displayed with the URL and the date and time in which they have visited the pages.

Using ZeusCart 2.2, you can add the images in bulk for the products added. We have introduced a new concept of uploading the images in bulk. Thereby Admin can save his time in uploading the images. You can upload the images in simple steps and can add the details of images like image path, image type and product id.

Provides you a feature of creating a user account account from Admin Console. Admin can create the user accounts needed from Admin console. Admin can enter all the user details and can create the account easier.

Consists of site hit counter for knowing the number of users has visited the site. Enables site hit counter in the footer of site. You can view the number of users has visited the site. The hit counter will be updated every time the user visits the site.

Displays the list of products bought while purchasing a particular product. When user purchases a product the same time he will purchase its accessories products or some other products. So when you browse for a product, in product detail page you can view the names of other products who bought this product too.

Users can add and manage multiple addresses in their Address Book This is a special feature through which Users can create their own address books. User can create number of address books and can add the needed contacts in ZeusCart itself.

Admin can create the orders from Admin Console on behalf of customers. Admin can create the order on behalf of customers from Admin console itself. Admin can create the order with the request from customers. This facilitates Admin to process the orders soon.

Order information can be viewed in the listing page itself. We provide you the facility of order quick view. If Admin needs to view the order details then can view it by clicking the order id. The order details will be displayed just below the order id. You can view the complete information of order from here itself.

While checkout for product user can use the address created in Address Book. The added address book entries will be listed out when you are checking out. This will make the address filling part easier in one click.

The keywords that are used many times by users will be separated and will be listed to Admin. So Admin can get the idea of increasing stock for the products. The most searched keywords will be displayed with the order of high to low priority.

Using My Account page, user can manage Account Information, Shopping Cart, Orders, Wishlist and much more.

ZeusCart 2.1 allows uploading of multiple images for a product. You can add up to five images for a product.

ZeusCart 2.1 provides you a major opportunity to view the review details of products for which you have reviewed. After you have reviewed any product from its Details Page, the added review will be added in My Product Review page.

You can upload the products in bulk i.e., you can upload many number of product details in a single click just by downloading the sample file from ZeusCart 2.1.

Using Track Id available, you can know the product status from shipping company.

User can add favorite products in to their own Wishlist page. From there, you can send the products to friends by entering their mail id.

Admin can upload product details in Google then the products will be advertised in Google website and you will be paid some amount for every click on your products by Google users.

The web pages created by Admin will be displayed like a menu in Header. Click on the name of web pages you will be directed to that corresponding web page.

Admin can feed all products in the Google website. The feature of this data feed is like providing advertisements to all products. But the transactions on the product will be diverted to Admin itself.

The fast moving products will be displayed based on the number of orders that are made for the product and also the number of high quantity which has been moved for that product. By default four products will be listed in this section.

ZeusCart 2.1 supports the advanced marketing feature of providing coupons for specific products. Admin can generate coupons details and can send it users when needed.

This search option is based on structure, for example under a particular product there will be number of attributes. You can narrow down your search based on the attributes added for that products and price.

User can checkout a product as a guest user just providing his email address and can proceed with the checkout process.

The keywords that are searched most frequently will be displayed in Popular Tags. The most frequently searched keyword will be displayed in large font size and the lowest searched keyword will be displayed in small font. Clicking on keyword you can view the list of products available based on that keyword.

The promotional coupon which offered to the user can be redeemed at the time of check out.
